SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time Troopers from the St. Johnsbury
Barracks were notified of a domestic disturbance in the town of Kirby.
Investigation revealed that Gregory Desrochers (60) of Kirby had assaulted a
domestic partner and limited their access to call emergency services.
Desrochers was located and taken into custody without incident on 10/06/2026
and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for
processing. Desrochers was brought to arraignment at Caledonia County Court –
Criminal Division on 10/06/2026 at 1400 hours.
